King County Warrant RecordsKing County Warrant Records

Call the issuing court first. For local traffic and fine-only cases, contact the Justice of the Peace. Questions about a district-court file can go to the District Clerk, while the Sheriff’s Office can answer questions about its service process. King County publishes separate contacts for these roles and does not identify one office as a countywide warrant desk. Check the name of the court on any citation, notice, or case paper before calling. Ask whether the office holds the record and which next contact is appropriate.

This Is Not a Government or Law-Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear court process, accept bond or fine payments, arrange an appearance, or give legal advice. Contact the official King County office or the court named on the case.

Send each question to the office that holds that part of the record:

  • County law-enforcement service: the King County Sheriff’s Office lists (806) 596-4413, fax (806) 596-4316, and regular office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Its address is P.O. Box 66, Guthrie, TX 79236. No street-facing warrant counter or separate warrant line is published.
  • A traffic, Class C, or fine-only case: call the King County Justice of the Peace at (806) 596-4481. The page lists P.O. Box 67, Guthrie, TX 79236, and fax (806) 596-4664.
  • District or county-court records: the District Clerk page lists Jammye D. Timmons, 800 South Baker, P.O. Box 135, Guthrie, TX 79236, phone (806) 596-4412, and fax (806) 596-4664. The County Clerk page lists the same contact for county-court and probate records.
  • A 50th District Court setting: contact the court at 101 S. Washington St., Seymour, TX 76380, phone (940) 889-6912. The OCA directory names coordinator Gloria L. Nevarez. Confirm the filing court with the clerk before traveling.

The county’s general footer gives 1667 US-83 in Guthrie, while clerk pages use 800 South Baker. Call the office first and confirm where it handles the specific record. The September 2025 county agenda mentions inmate housing in Garza County, but it does not establish a universal booking location or bond process.

The County Clerk page links to county records access, but the linked login service is not identified as a warrant-status search. No King County bond schedule, payment method, warrant-recall form, or local PIA request form was found.
